My professional interests

I am experienced people leader who has focus on developing business processes and organisational culture. From my work experience and education I have strong background on human interaction, strategic leadership, change management, communication, marketing and sales. 

I am fascinated in new ways of work, developing ideal workplaces and motivating people in constantly changing environment. Combining old and new ideas is the best solution for me: human behaviour + digitalisation + strategy + leadership = happiness and success.

I have been told to be an open minded, trustworthy and socially talented person and I know that I feel great in front of people as well as among them. I have experience in finding solutions even in demanding situations - usually always by collaboration and negotiation.

I have worked in several business areas: software development services, electronics manufacturing, public sector, outsourcing services and utilities (energy, electricity, water). I see all business as H2H (human to human) instead of B2C or B2B.
